Galhert HarewoodGalhert Harewood’s merchant parents were killed in a bandit ambush when he was just a young boy. His grandfather, Godwin Harewood, took him and his younger brother Ossian in and raised them as his own.

Galhert was filled with a burning desire for revenge, and he vowed to track down his parents’ killers and bring them to justice.

As he grew older, Galhert trained himself in the art of tracking and hunting, becoming a skilled ranger. He spent years travelling the wilderness, gathering information and following leads in his quest for vengeance.

He has now returned to Aranthaes, more determined than ever to find the bandits who killed his parents and make them pay for their crimes.

Actions

Multiattack. Galhert makes two attacks with his longsword or longbow.
Longbow. +5 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) piercing damage.
Longsword. +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8+4) slashing damage (one-handed).
Hunter’s Mark (1st-level spell). As a bonus action, mark one creature within 90 ft.; Galhert deals an extra 1d6 damage to the target whenever he hits it with a weapon attack.
Favored Enemy. Galhert has advantage on Survival checks to track bandits and recalls information about them more easily.
Natural Explorer. When traveling through forests, Galhert and his allies can’t become lost except by magical means, and he remains alert to danger.

Spellcasting

Galhert is a 5th-level ranger spellcaster (Wisdom spell save DC 14, +6 to hit). He has the following prepared spells:
